1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from UnstuckLabs (unstucklabs.store), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Who We Are

UnstuckLabs is an independent software company that sells digital products (web-based mini-applications). Our site is operated at unstucklabs.store.

3. Products

UnstuckLabs sells digital products — specifically, access to web-based Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) hosted on our platform. These are software tools, not physical goods.

Upon successful payment, you receive:

  • Permanent access to the purchased application
  • Any future updates to that specific application
  • A license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means:

  • Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and billing support
  • Your payment is charged by Paddle, not directly by UnstuckLabs
  • For billing disputes, refund requests, or invoice copies, contact Paddle directly or reach us at hello@unstucklabs.store

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your location.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final.

However, we offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The product does not work as described and we are unable to fix the issue within 7 days of your report
  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, technical failure)

To request a refund, email hello@unstucklabs.store within 14 days of purchase with your order details. Refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days.

We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the product.

6. License to Use

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased application. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
  • Use the product for commercial purposes without prior written consent from UnstuckLabs
  • Share login credentials or access links with others

7. User Accounts

Some products require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use UnstuckLabs products or the website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the products in a way that harms other users or third parties

9. Intellectual Property

All content on unstucklabs.store — including the applications, design, code, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of UnstuckLabs and is protected by copyright law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you beyond the limited license described in Section 6.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The products will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Results obtained from using the products will be accurate or reliable
  • The products will meet your specific requirements

Health-related calculations (such as calorie targets or macro recommendations) are provided for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnstuckLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (the jurisdiction of our payment processor Paddle). Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
