Cookie Policy

Effective Date: June 6, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit — like whether you are logged in.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies minimally and only where necessary. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies.

3. Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are required for the site to function. You cannot opt out of them while using the site.

| Cookie Name | Purpose | Duration | |---|---|---| | sb-access-token | Supabase authentication — keeps you logged in | Session | | sb-refresh-token | Refreshes your login session automatically | 7 days |

These are set by Supabase (our authentication provider) and contain only session tokens — no personally identifiable information.

3.2 Preference Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences to improve your experience.

| Cookie Name | Purpose | Duration | |---|---|---| | theme | Remembers your UI preference (dark mode) | 1 year |

You can clear this cookie at any time through your browser settings — the site will simply revert to its default appearance.

3.3 Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless. Plausible does not set any cookies on your device and does not track you across sessions or websites. All data is anonymized and aggregated.

We do not use:

  • Google Analytics
  • Facebook Pixel
  • Any advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Cross-site tracking of any kind

4. Third-Party Cookies

When you click through to Paddle's checkout, Paddle may set cookies on their own domain to process your payment securely. These are governed by Paddle's Privacy Policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy

We have no control over Paddle's cookies and they are only active during the checkout flow on Paddle's domain.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and accessing purchased products. Blocking preference cookies will not affect core functionality.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because we already use cookieless analytics and no advertising trackers, our site's privacy practices are aligned with DNT principles regardless of this setting. We do not change our data collection based on DNT signals.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change our tools or practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect any revisions.
