Unstuck Daily

You know what you need to do. You just can't make yourself start.
The task has been sitting on your list for three days. It's not hard, it's just too big and shapeless to grab onto. That's task paralysis, and it's what Unstuck Daily is built for: ADHD, anxiety, or plain ordinary overwhelm at a giant unclear to-do.
π§ How it works
Paste one big task: "sort out the paperwork," "write the report," "finally start the project." Before that, you can dump whatever's in your head first β worries, context, excuses, it's its own step. AI splits the task into 3β7 concrete moves. Each one starts with a verb and needs no explanation. You also get an honest time estimate, generous, no pressure attached.
π Focus without a countdown
No aggressive timers ticking down. Instead, a soft glowing ring that slowly drifts from lavender to warm coral while you work. By default it counts nothing. Want the exact time? Tap the screen. Don't want it? Just move through the steps and let the app hold a calm background.
π« No streaks, no guilt
Most task apps punish a missed day. Unstuck Daily doesn't. There's no daily-streak counter, no red X for falling behind. Just lifetime badges: First Step, Momentum at five finished tasks, Century Club at a hundred completed subtasks. There's even a "Comeback" badge for returning after a long break β a reason to notice it, not a reason to feel bad.
π Reminders that don't nag
Left a task idle for a few hours? You'll get a push notification. Not "you dropped this again," but "still there? π Your task hasn't gone anywhere, no rush." The tone of a warm friend, not an alarm with an attitude.
π Progress worth showing
Finish a task and get a shareable card with the result β send it to a chat, post it, whatever you want. Progress should be visible, not buried in a stats page.
π‘ Try it free
Start with 5 days of full access, no card required. AI task breakdown, the focus timer, everything unlocked from day one. After that, a monthly or annual subscription keeps it going.
Unstuck Daily doesn't promise a productive day. It gets you to the first step, and the rest usually follows on its own.
